Here at STOR, the pop up format I co-host with my fellow chef husband David Wright, we are delighted to again participate in the Paignton Harbour Festival on Saturday the 28th of July. In its 4th year running this year will be bigger and better than ever. Alan Henderson has trusted us to run the food stages this year, Alan and Trevor will of course do their popular crab demonstrations and there will be demos from us and other chefs announced shortly – all to highlight the versatility of the bountiful and sweet Devon crab when it is best during the summer months.

Kani Koya - all day on Paignton Habour

Shaun Henderson, Fishmonger Extraordinaire, will join forces with STOR putting on some fantatsic Japanese inspired dishes all day at our new Pop Up concept Kani Koya
