Private and Corporate Events
I have found that teaching Japanese cooking techniques in particular, works extremely well in small groups. For either a group of private individuals or a corporate team, in situ sushi classes are great for team building and encourage dialogue and debate: sustainable sourced fish, Japanese food culture and tradition, healthy eating and healthy food trends and knowledge. My teaching style is informative yet informal so that in the group setting the rigours of traditional Japanese cooking are made accessible and achievable. I offer bespoke sushi/Japanese cooking classes for 10-30 clients at the time.
For industry professionals and chefs who want to include sushi or Japanese ingredients on their menus, I offer a variety of tailored days of training. Teaching chefs is tremendously rewarding; sharing experiences and skills with your own peers is the greatest honour for a chef.
