For many years I ran an internal Feng Sushi school at the Fisheskaerekokken at the back of Notting Hill Gate to teach sushi to our customers. It was a great way to meet our clientele and relay the original brand values, share with like-minded people and on quite a few occasions, make new friends. This little hub became a very creative and inventive place and with time I found the confidence to take my knowledge and teaching style to the wider world. Since then I have taught at some of the finest cookery schools in London: Leith’s School of Cookery, Divertimenti, Angela Malik and a permanent position at the awesome Billingsgate Seafood Training School which have been my main focus over recent years.
